Skill Set
Min 1 year experience in BFSI sales role is a must have. Should have sold an insurance /credit card/loan product
Job Description
A. Client acquisition and conversion of BFSI products especially insurance
B. Conduct meetings with clients on the field and convert through in-person meeting or on call
C. Prepare daily and monthly sales report
D. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure great customer experience
Represents Reliance Nippon life to all customers.
Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits).
Leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT.
Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS), Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
Insurance solution provider for our customers.
Educate the Customer about the company/ channel.
Customer Servicing.

6-month growth cycle with the fast track option ( Anyone can take promotion any-time within 6 months by completing the target )
Locations: Baroda,Ahmedabad,Rajkot
1-year BFSI sales experience mandatory
Hindi/Marathi or Hindi/Gujarati for appropriate locations are mandatory language skills
Must be presentable
Salary :
1 Year of experience in Insurance/Bank- CTC- 2.20 Lacs
2 Years of experience in Insurance/Bank- CTC- 2.60 Lacs
3 Years of experience in Insurance/Bank- CTC- 3.20 Lacs
